We're seeking a seasoned leader to manage service delivery in our Aircraft Sustainment team. You'll support the Project Manager by coordinating financial management, project control, and business improvement.

As a Service Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing leadership to a small team of individuals.
* Supporting the preparation, update, and submission of project plans and other project management deliverables.
* Coordinating the establishment and maintenance of the Performance Measurement Baseline.
* Preparing monthly reports on rolling forecasts and other relevant business information.
* Identifying project opportunities and risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
You'll need:
* Project management qualifications (desirable).
* Prior experience in trades or aviation (highly regarded).
* Previous experience leading/motivating a team across multiple business areas.
* Intermediate MS Office skills (especially in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
* Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders to generate business benefit.
* Knowledge of project management principles and processes, including Earned Value Management (EVM).
