What you'll be doing...

You will complete Certificate III in Business Administration over 12 months through a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and practical on-the-job experience with Zeal Futures and our host employer, Shoalhaven Water.

Throughout your formal training and practical experience in the workplace, you will have the opportunity to:

What you'll be doing…

- Provide administration support to the Shoalhaven Water Team
- Deliver high quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders via telephone, in person, online, and in writing.
- Assist with general administrative support to the team such as data entry, records management, printing, and processing invoices.
- Provide general administration duties that are within the limits of the skills, competence and ability of a trainee
- Navigate multiple software systems (Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, and Outlook), including financial systems

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following selection criteria:

- Commitment to both on and off the job training.
- Positive, respectful attitude with willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills

Mandatory Requirements

- Willingness to undergo Drug and Alcohol Screening as part of pre-employment medical requirements
