Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Administrator based in the Greater Sydney Area. The Office Administrator will perform daily tasks such as managing office operations, maintaining office equipment, and providing administrative and clerical support. The individual will handle communications with clients, manage schedules, and oversee customer service interactions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications
* Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills, including managing schedules, filing, and maintaining records
* Proficiency in handling Office Equipment and ensuring its proper maintenance and functionality
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
* Proven ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work in a high-paced office environment
* Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in standard office software
* Previous experience in an administrative or office environment is beneficial
