Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Merchant Relationship Manager to manage merchant relationships and drive growth across your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage key merchant relationships, leveraging opportunities to drive additional revenue and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships.
* Handle customer complaints about merchants in your territory in a timely manner.
* Implement and conduct merchant briefings when needed.
* Partner with the marketing team to deliver strategic and tactical marketing campaigns, ensuring client sign-off prior to launch.
* Communicate new product offers, locations, and pricing amendments to keep digital pages updated and signed off by clients.
