The Opportunity
In this BDM role, you will be at the forefront of market development to expand the existing Bullivants portfolio while supporting the delivery of compelling customer offers and value-added solutions. You will collaborate with the Sales Team to identify and convert leads through a proactive approach.
Tasks Of The Role
1. Identify opportunities for business growth within the defined market.
2. Proactively approach and build relationships with existing and potential customers.
3. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet targets.
4. Support local marketing and technical campaigns.
5. Work with customers to deliver specialized rigging equipment tailored to their needs.
6. Conduct remote site visits to customers in the Regional Goldfields as required.
Skills Required
1. Previous BDM or sales experience; experience in mining or heavy machinery is preferred.
2. Experience in lifting and rigging markets is advantageous.
3. Proactive and ambitious mindset to expand market presence.
4. Ability to foster meaningful customer relationships.
5. Solution-oriented thinking for customer outcomes.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. A full, unrestricted Australian driver's license.
This is a permanent, full-time position based at Bullivants Kalgoorlie. The role requires travel across the designated territory.
