In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of operational and administrative functions, including:General assistance to the Infrastructure Advisory/AMCL team – admin, payroll, IT, travel bookingsSupport to the broader admin team (e.g. answering phones to cover for reception leave, setting up for events, etc.)Coordination of onboarding and departing staffCommission management in D365 and end-of-month invoicingManagement of contractors – purchase orders, receipting of invoicesEvents coordination assistanceBid supportProject administration dutiesDiary management for 4 DirectorsQualificationsPrior financial management experience – D365 desirable but not essentialExperience working in an integrated team providing administration supportUnderstanding of financial management principlesWilling to collaborate in a team environmentAptitude for helping othersAdditional InformationTurner & Townsend is an equal opportunity employer.
