Key activities include but are not limited to: Project coordination of small-medium repairsCost management through claim life and handling of trade invoicesFocus on KPIs and client agreementsCollate photos and documents for reports and quotationsEffectively liaise with stakeholders Essential Capabilities and Behaviours Expert organisational and time management skillsInterpersonal skills with an ability to maintain and build relationshipsExceptional multitasking abilitiesAbility to thrive in a teamStrong attention to detail Desirable Skills (not essential) Experience in insurance repair coordinationExperience with establishing & maintaining long term relationships/accountsDue to our business being mostly weather related and linked to major insurable events, overtime is occasionally required during these event times to assist in the increased workloads.
