The position requirements include but are not limited to: Preventive and breakdown maintenance & repairs of HVAC and refrigeration equipment Use building management systems (BMS) to monitor performance and respond quickly to any faults, alarms, or abnormal conditions Capital project works and continuous improvement tasks Strictly following and driving all required safety and security procedures To be considered for this role you should possess the following: Trade qualification in a HVAC or Refrigeration stream is essential Proven experience in maintaining cooling systems in a critical environment. Data centre experience highly desirable A team player with a positive, self-motivated and proactive attitude is essential Strong communication skills both written and verbal with a high attention to detail Flexibility to work extra hours and perform ad hoc duties as required On Offer Day shift hours: Monday - Friday with flexible start times Hourly rate negotiable on skills & experience super O/T Roles subject to Police check and Full Medical.
