We are seeking a Senior People & Culture Advisor to partner with leaders and deliver disciplined, practical people solutions in a highly operational environment.

About the role
Reporting to the Senior Manager People & Culture, you will operate as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing end-to-end people & culture support. You will balance strategic input with hands-on delivery, bring rigour to systems and processes, and constructively challenge to improve outcomes.
What you will do
• Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance and workforce capability.
• Coach and challenge leaders on complex people matters.
• Deliver core HR processes with discipline and attention to detail.
• Drive continuous improvement across People & Culture systems and ways of working.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, policy and governance
About you
You are a senior people & culture practitioner with urgency, energy and strong operating discipline. You bring credibility and presence, are solutions-focused, value efficient systems and are motivated by making things better. You are open to being part of a succession pathway in due course.
You will also bring senior HR advisory experience in a complex or operational environment, strong judgement, and the ability to influence at all levels.
Essential qualifications and experience:
• Degree qualification in Human Resources Management or equivalent
