Director - Asset Management & Equities at Platinum Pacific Partners
Our client is a leading property investment management group specialising in assets across the industrial and logistics, office, retail, and boutique residential sectors. With a team of over 50 professionals across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide, the team is looking to appoint a Private Wealth distribution professional to their team.
Responsibilities
- Lead capital raising initiatives for a leading real estate investment manager.
- Build and expand Queensland relationships across private wealth, family offices, and high-net-worth investors.
- Represent the business with visibility across senior leadership, product development, investor strategy, and at investor meetings and industry events.
- Develop and execute capital raising sales strategies across Queensland, engaging with private wealth advisers, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Work both independently and in collaboration with interstate teams to deliver new capital raising initiatives while strengthening existing investor relationships.
- Contribute to new product creation, marketing materials, pitches, and commercial negotiations.
Qualifications and experience
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in a distribution or sales capacity, ideally within real estate funds management.
- Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and a deep network of Queensland-based private wealth advisers and family offices.
- Excellent client service, strong market knowledge, and ability to discuss economic and market trends in the context of investment opportunities.
- Highly resourceful with strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to balance autonomy with collaboration.
- Growth mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced environment.
