* Collaborate with project teams to design, implement, and maintain test environments for seamless system operations.
* Work closely with support teams to ensure smooth handovers and optimize operational efficiency.
* Develop and maintain secure infrastructure platforms in collaboration with security and support teams to meet business needs.
* Support cross-functional teams in integrating end-to-end test environments across multiple platforms.
* Identify opportunities to improve test infrastructure and tools, enhancing the velocity of test cycles without compromising quality.
* Assist direct reports in setting and reviewing personal development plans and agile goals throughout the year.
* Strong technical skills, effective communication, and domain knowledge of our headend platform.
* Fast problem-solving capabilities, able to understand and convey technical concepts and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
* A strong understanding of server technologies, test automation, and software industry delivery trends moving towards digital transformation into a CI/CD workflow.
* Highlight areas of risk and propose solutions to overcome challenges.
