About this Role:
Our team is currently seeking an accomplished and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to provide effective HR support across our organization.
This role involves coordinating recruitment, supporting onboarding and induction, offering advice on HR policies and employment conditions, and maintaining our HR management system. You will also collaborate with payroll and contribute to key HR projects and administration.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
·Offer guidance to managers and staff regarding policies, awards, and other employment-related matters
·Assist with performance management, investigations, and other industrial relations matters
·Manage or support HR-related projects
·Manage employee-related surveys, including development, publishing, analysis, and reporting
·Recommend and coordinate relevant training activities
·Maintain and enhance our HRMS and Employment Hero systems
·Coordinate recruitment activities
·Support the team with WHS compliance activities
·Organize events and activities that promote enhancing culture and staff engagement
Required Skills and Qualifications:
·Working knowledge and experience with the application and interpretation of HR legislation, principles, and policies
·Demonstrated experience in a generalist HR role with a proven track record of delivering effective human resource support across various functions
·Ability to research and analyze sensitive or complex matters, summarize information, and develop recommendations and solutions
