Law Clerk
Piper Alderman is seeking two ambitious and hard-working law students to take on clerk roles in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation team at their Sydney office. If candidates are seeking an opportunity to challenge themselves and be surrounded by leading practitioners, this is the perfect role.
As law clerks, they will be given the opportunity to do real legal work from the start in a supportive and collaborative learning environment that encourages balancing university commitments with work experience. The positions are ongoing while students complete their degree, working a minimum of two days per week. They will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in tasks such as legal research for current matters, drafting correspondence and legal documents, attending and note-taking at client meetings, gathering and analyzing case facts, and collating documents for counsel briefings and court hearings.
