Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled technical professional to fill the role of Technical Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality technical services to our clients across various industries.
1. You will work hands-on with cutting-edge technologies including DMR, TETRA, P25, and IP-based networks, as well as CCTV, telephony, and PAGA systems.
2. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, plan and implement system upgrades, and contribute to the seamless delivery of technical services that our clients rely on.
The successful candidate will possess a Certificate III or higher in Electronics, RF Engineering or similar, and have hands-on experience with radio spectrum, P25, TETRA, DMR, and networked systems. You will also have confidence working at heights, with EWP or tower climbing (current high-risk licence required), and strong troubleshooting skills & calm under pressure.
