About the Role
With the addition of Monarto Safari Lodge, we are expanding our team across the Resort and Lodge. We have multiple opportunities exist ranging from Commis Chef to Chef de Partie to join the team, particularly in our breakfast team.
You would be responsible for the high quality preparation and presentation of our culinary offerings.
We have full time, part time and casual roles available!
Responsibilities
* Preparation of unique menus, ensuring high quality and guest satisfaction;
* Maintaining levels of stock and inventory;
* Hygiene, cleanliness and general safety of all staff working in food preparation areas; and
* Compliance with HACCP
About You
To be successful in this role you will be passionate and proud of the food and service you deliver, and are willing to go above and beyond for our guests.
Qualifications
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or working towards) with industry experience in fast paced culinary environment
* Professionalism, immaculate personal presentation in line with our company culture and enjoy engaging with our guests
