Osborne Park Kia and MG have an exciting opportunity for a customer focused Receptionist to join our team at our newly refurbished, state of the art dealership.
To be considered, you will have fantastic customer service and computer skills. You will also have excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills to deal with our customers and stakeholders as well as demonstrating attention to detail.
We have two roles available, one full time role and a casual role. Please indicate on your application which role you are applying for.
The Role:
Greet each customer personally in a friendly and welcoming manner
Answer all phone enquiries, emails and operate a busy switchboard
Handle customer enquiries and concerns with professionalism and tact
Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Assist with a variety of administration tasks such as data entry, scanning, filing etc.
Support the administration department with ad hoc office duties as required
Saturday half day is required 8am – 1pm

Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
Positive, proactive, and respectful attitude
Robust attention to detail and time management
Enthusiastic, honest, and qualified
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Dealership receptionist experience preferred, but not essential
