Job Overview
The Asset Management Strategist plays a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic management of MASP's assets.
This involves formulating comprehensive asset management plans to ensure optimal asset performance. Responsibilities include:
1. Vigilant management and review of the organisation's fleet requirements
2. Oversight of corporate facilities
3. Supervision of contracts integral to operations
4. Establishment and maintenance of a prequalified contractor framework
5. Participation in sourcing, assessing, and procuring development sites aligned with the organisation's expansion of its social housing portfolio
This role contributes significantly to the organisation's growth and operational excellence, involving involvement spanning the project spectrum from concept and initiation to completion and handover.
Key qualifications and skills required for this position include:
* Diploma of Facilities Management or relevant field
* Significant experience in delivery of construction projects and asset management planning
* Demonstrated experience in administration focused facility and asset management roles
* Understanding and experience in contract and contractor management
* Administrative skills including planning, time management, and implementation activities
