**About the Role**:
This full time role is based from our Healesville Work Centre. Reporting to the Program Lead Delivery you will be responsible for the execution of natural resources management, civil maintenance/project works and bushfire response and preparedness activities on Melbourne Water’s Waterways and Land assets.

**About you**:
- Experience in natural resource management or civil asset maintenance/project works
- Take care of own and colleagues Health and Safety through identification and reporting of hazards and active involvement in improvement initiatives
- Sound interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of people both within Melbourne Water, external organisations and with the general public
- Ability to work and contribute in a team environment to improve processes, respond to various demands and manage multiple activities simultaneously
- Ability to work in remote locations and in steep, uneven environments
- Ability to work under pressure and in emergency situations
- Ability to use initiative and innovation in a range of tasks
- Experience or the ability to obtain chainsaw competency
- Criminal Records Check
- Medical Assessment
- Valid Victorian Manual Driver’s license - As per Fire vehicles.
- Task based assessment for Fitness
- Meet response time for the First Attack roster
