OverviewIn this role, we are looking for a switched-on individual who can coordinate successful delivery of regular service calls.
You will respond to clients and arrange repairs to be conducted by our service technicians, doing all this with excellent customer service.Role Title: Service AdministratorHours: Monday – Friday, Full Time PermanentReporting: Regional Manager - Central CoastEssential Skills & QualificationsPreference for someone with a background in a similar role, or familiarity with roles in service and repairsExceptional communication skills and friendly customer serviceStrong computer literacy (including Microsoft Excel) to understand our internal systems and deliver timely serviceHighly motivated, willingness to learn and to meet results/targetsA strong team player and ability to work well with internal and external stakeholdersDuties & ResponsibilitiesReceive calls from customers in a qualified mannerCommunicate customer requirements with our Service Technicians, and schedule service callsProcess purchase orders with relevant suppliers and invoices as requiredFollow up on the progress of current jobs and provide updates to customersInvestigate and communicate opportunities to improve processes or expand the service businessEmployee discounts on Aidacare health equipment products and servicesQuarterly incentive schemeEmployee Assistance Program to support mental wellnessBenefits package includes discounts for retail, insurance, gym and moreComprehensive training program to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledgeHow to applyPlease submit your application by clicking "ApplyNow".
