Job Overview
The Strategic and Business Support Team offers a range of support services across communications, digital systems, emergency management, policy and project support, and human resources.
As Senior Advisor Communications and Engagement, you will work closely with the Chief Executive and PHS leadership team. The role requires advanced knowledge and experience of media and communications, as well as the ability to lead activities that positively impact organisational outcomes and strategic objectives within and beyond the team.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Strategic communications expertise developed through extensive experience, including the ability to develop, implement, and evaluate communications strategies.
* High-level professional media relations experience with demonstrated experience in providing media advice and support on major public issues.
* Highly developed written communication skills, including the capacity to produce high-quality documents in various formats for a range of target audiences.
* Provide high-level media relations support, including developing relationships with media representatives and advising on major public issues.
* Produce high-quality written communications, including reports, briefs, and other documents, for a range of target audiences.
Appointment Details:
This is a permanent, full-time day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight. Hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
