As Marketing & Operations Manager, you'll be at the centre of Australia's largest property transactions, creating impactful campaigns and operational strategies that drive real results.
What You'll Do.
Marketing Excellence:
Manage end-to-end sale campaigns from concept to completion.
Create compelling marketing collateral including investor presentations, brochures, and digital content.
Coordinate press releases, photography, and social media strategies.
Organise high-impact client events and networking activities.
Operations Leadership:
Provide executive support to Directors including diary and travel management.
Manage CRM systems, deal pipelines, and financial tracking.
Handle trust accounting, vendor management, and compliance requirements.
Support pitch processes and new business appointments.
Strategic Support:
Drive marketing strategies that deliver measurable growth.
Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
Maintain client relationships with regular campaign updates.
Prepare reports and presentations for key stakeholders.
What You Bring.
 * 2+ years in administration and/or marketing (property/CRE experience preferred).
 * Advanced Adobe Suite skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
 * Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
 * Exceptional communication and creative content skills.
 * Sharp attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines.
