We operate a state-of-the-art gin at Edith, 35 km north of Katherine, NT, commissioned in May 2024. In its first season, the facility processed 56,000 bales and runs July–November with a capacity of 40–45 bales per hour. Supporting infrastructure includes modern accommodation, caravan facilities, water processing, weighbridge, and extensive storage.

Role Overview:
We are seeking two highly skilled professionals to join our team. The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime. The Electrical Engineering Technician will be responsible for electrical systems maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement maintenance schedules and strategies
* Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment
* Diagnose and repair electrical systems and components
* Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards
* Collaborate with operations teams to minimize downtime and optimise productivity.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Relevant Diploma OR minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems
* Ability to work within a strict safety environment and follow procedures
* Computer literacy and reporting skills
* Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
