About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Schedule Coordinator to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time role with a rotating roster, working Monday to Friday between 6:30 AM and 5:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities
* To coordinate the scheduling of home care support services across the region.
* To assist in scheduling client visits to staff with appropriate skills in suitable areas, minimizing staff travel and non-direct tasks.
* To receive calls related to care recipient/external provider queries and respond promptly.

This dynamic role requires an individual who can think analytically, take a commercial view when looking at routine efficiencies kilometers travelled outsourcing levels while balancing customer needs for cultural lifestyle preferences.
