About the Role
This position involves delivering training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and compliance.
* Supports the design, implementation, and management of learning and development initiatives.
* Collaborates with subject matter experts to create engaging, high-quality content.
* Coordinates training logistics, schedules, and communications.
* Develops interactive resources, including e-learning modules and instructor-led materials.
* Manages and optimises the Learning Management System (LMS).
* Facilitates workshops and training sessions when required.
About You
We seek a driven professional with expertise in instructional design and adult learning theories. To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in HR, Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
* 3+ years' experience in a training, instructional design, or development role.
* Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
* Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.
* Excellent organisation and project management skills.
* A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
