With offices across Australia and Malaysia, we are a team of researchers, designers, business analysts, product managers, and software engineers helping build outstanding products and experiences for our clients. We’re currently building our network of SEO and analytics specialists for a number of upcoming contract and freelance opportunities. These roles are ideal for experienced practitioners who can bridge the gap between content, SEO strategy, UX, and analytics - supporting teams to deliver digital experiences that are findable, functional, and measurable. You’ll work closely with designers, developers, strategists, and client stakeholders to ensure that SEO continuity is protected during major change, and that decisions are guided by robust insights. TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Conducting full SEO audits (technical, structural and content) across complex digital ecosystems. Analysing data from GA4, GSC, internal search and behavioural tools (e.g. Hotjar, session replay) and providing tailored UX, content, and technical recommendations. Mapping SEO-critical content and identifying risks tied to IA or URL changes. Supporting content and information architecture roll-out planning - including redirect strategies, phasing, and migration tactics. Advising on SEO continuity and governance frameworks for ongoing updates post-project. Helping define baseline metrics to measure future UX performance. Setting up and interpreting A/B or multivariate testing. Optional: Exploring search experience optimisation strategies for AI-led platforms (e.g. Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot). REQUIREMENTS 5 years’ experience in SEO, digital analytics or a related optimisation role. Demonstrated experience working across content-heavy or enterprise platforms. Strong technical SEO knowledge, with confidence identifying structural issues and advising on IA-related risk. Knowledge of SEO best practices related to accessibility, metadata, indexing, and structured content. Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as GA4, GSC, Hotjar, etc. Ability to interpret and communicate data insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience collaborating with design, content and engineering teams on large-scale digital programs. Familiarity with emerging trends in AI-driven search and implications for content strategies. Experience supporting phased SEO rollouts or migrations in regulated or high-risk environments. Experience setting up A/B tests with tools such as Optimizely or VWO.
