Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Canberra for an Associate position, with flexibility to work from home part-time. The Associate will assist in conducting research, managing projects, and supporting academic and administrative tasks. Responsibilities also include preparing reports, collaborating with colleagues, contributing to strategic initiatives, and ensuring high standards of professional and academic excellence are met. The role will involve engaging with diverse stakeholders across the university and beyond.
Qualifications Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and apply data effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for producing clear reports, presentations, and correspondence.Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.Collaboration and team-based skills, including the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.Proficiency in project management and problem-solving to support institutional objectives.Familiarity with administrative processes and systems in a higher education environment is an advantage.Relevant academic qualifications, preferably a Bachelor’s or higher degree in a related field.Adaptability and experience in hybrid work settings are considered assets.
