Key responsibilities
* Reconciling payroll accounts and investigating discrepancies
* Improving payroll processes and systems
* Ensure payroll compliance with legislation, tax and superannuation
* Supporting audit and compliance reports
* Provide support to the operational team with BAU activities
Ideal candidate
* Previous experience as a Payroll Analyst
* Proficiency in payroll systems including iChris/Chris21 and Workday
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
