About the Role
The successful applicant will play a pivotal part in shaping the college's vision and mission, while contributing to its effective management.
Collaborating closely with the IT team, you will collect and analyze data to drive school performance enhancements. You will work alongside the curriculum leadership team, comprising of a Director of Teaching and Learning, Academic Deans, Faculty Leaders, and administrative support.
This role supports the strategic plan for the college, with the goal of achieving enhanced outcomes for all members of the community.
About Your Qualifications and Experience
 * A valid working visa for Australia is required.
 * Commitment to the goals, ethos, and mission of the college as a Catholic institution within the Edmund Rice Tradition. This includes supporting and participating in prayer, liturgy, and sacramental life within the school community.
 * Demonstrated commitment to the objectives, vision, and ethos of Ignatius Park College.
 * Tertiary qualifications in Education, along with current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers.
 * Willingsness to obtain Accreditation to Teach in a Catholic School or Accreditation to Teach Religion in a Catholic School (Teachers of Religious Education).
 * Additional qualifications in educational leadership are highly desirable.
 * Proven experience in teaching and leadership roles within a school environment.
 * Ability to support the co-curricular program.
 * Strong people management skills, enabling the building and direction of a team of colleagues.
 * A demonstrated ability to gather, process, and analyze educational, business, and other performance data to inform school improvement and decision making.
 * Capability to construct, implement, and maintain the college timetable using integrated solutions.
 * Flexibility to adapt to a busy school environment, managing daily routines and applying resources according to variations in the college calendar.
 * Outstanding professionalism and the ability to inspire others towards a shared vision and ambition for their teams and the wider college.
