* Monitor and control project costs, ensure budget compliance
* Ensure effective communication among project stakeholders, including team members, clients and vendors
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Education:
* Recognized degree or equivalent qualification in construction management, project management or related field
* Experience:
* 1-4 years of experience in project coordination or a related field
* Skillset:
* Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
