The role of a Master Planner is crucial in shaping the campus development strategy. As a key leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation, implementation and review of strategic campus planning documents.
Your focus will be on ensuring that all developments maintain high-quality design standards established across campuses and study nodes. This includes leading planning for new major projects and initiatives, preparing business cases with design and cost estimates, as well as funding and planning applications.
You will contribute to the university's Strategic Asset Management Plan, collaborating with stakeholders to sustainably create, utilise, maintain, renew or dispose of assets.
Main responsibilities include:
 * Leading the development and implementation of campus master plans and design standards;
 
 * Overseeing procurement processes.
To excel in this position, you will require:
A relevant tertiary qualification in architecture, urban design, town planning or strategic facilities planning;
Extensive experience in master planning and capital project delivery;
Strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, GIS, BIM and project management software;
Expertise in procurement and contract management.
