We are seeking Urgent Care Nurses and/or Paramedics to join our brand-new Urgent Care Clinic in Park Grove, Burnie, co-located with a General Practice.
The clinic will initially operate from 12:00pm to 10:00pm, expanding to 8:00am to 10:00pm as services grow. Shifts are available across 7 days, offering flexibility and variety.
You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure patients are appropriately triaged, assessed, and provided with high-quality, person-centred care in a dynamic urgent care setting.

Key Responsibilities
* Triage all patients presenting to Urgent Care
* Conduct comprehensive and accurate clinical assessments
* Respond promptly to patients requiring immediate emergency care
* Perform procedural work including suturing and plastering
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in collaboration with clinicians
* Provide patient education and support positive clinical outcomes
* Complete clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Skills & Experience
* Registered Nurse (AHPRA) or qualified Paramedic
* Experience in urgent care, emergency, acute, or primary care settings (highly regarded)
* Strong clinical judgement and decision-making skills
* Ability to remain calm under pressure
* Current WWVP, or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
