This intensive 18-month rotational initiative is designed for undergraduates and graduates passionate about careers in the BioPharma and Life Sciences industries. It combines professional rotations with continuous coaching, mentoring, hands-on experience, and networking opportunities to optimize learning and growth.Program Structure:The Graduate Trainee will engage in a series of rotations providing comprehensive insights into the company and industry.
