About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Senior SAP Integration Specialist for a long-term contract based in Sydney.
This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, including SAP BTP, and to play a key role in shaping the future of this organisation's SAP S/4HANA program of work.
You'll be responsible for delivering complex SAP integrations using the BTP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management, Event Mesh) as well as guiding the transition of legacy PI/PO integrations.
This is a highly technical role, requiring someone who thrives on being hands-on while also providing expert advice to support medium- and long-term integration strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and implement integrations using SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI, APIM, Event Mesh).
Support the transition of SAP PI/PO integrations into BTP.
Provide expert advice on integration strategy for upcoming SAP S/4HANA programme of works.
Develop APIs, OData services, and manage cloud quotas and certificates (OAuth).
Deliver integrations with SAP Cloud Products such as SuccessFactors, Concur, and IBP.
Engage with stakeholders and provide well-rounded technical input and recommendations.
Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite / CPI.
Knowledge of API Management, Event Mesh, ABAP, CDS, and OData.
Experience with integration certificates, OAuth, and API optimisation.
Background in SAP PI/PO integrations and transition into BTP.
Exposure to SAP Cloud product integrations (SuccessFactors, Concur, IBP).
Bonus: Experience with Identity Provisioning Service (IPS).
