Your Impact We are looking for a forward-thinking leader to manage and evolve our suite of Human Capital and Finance applications — including SAP FICO and SuccessFactors. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance, service delivery, and value generation from both existing and future application services. You will also play a key role in the successful transition of new services into full operation, helping to shape the future of Asahi’s digital ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategy and roadmap for Human Capital and Finance applications, aligning with business goals and ensuring timely delivery of valuable features. Engage with key stakeholders and customers to gather feedback, align priorities, and drive continuous improvement across the product portfolio. Provide leadership to Product Leads and cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, capability development, and high performance. Ensure operational excellence, including compliance with Asahi policies, system supportability, and effective service provider management. Maintain strong cyber and data protection standards, ensuring applications are secure, backed up, and regularly patched or upgraded. Collaborate across Group Digital, the wider business, and vendors to ensure cohesive delivery and support of application services. About You Proven leadership experience within commercial applications delivery as a technical or product lead / manager Strong experience with SuccessFactors and SAP FICO ITIL Foundation and Agile certifications Skilled in leading global teams in fast-paced, 24/7 environments Strong vendor management, including SLAs and service performance Excellent communicator with strong problem-solving and stakeholder skills Experience within large complex multinational or FMCG organisations highly regarded Why Asahi Beverages?
