The Opportunity:

As the company's Social & Comms Executive, you will work across the Social, PR and Communications strategy for ANZ. You will form part of the wider Marketing Team and play an integral role in supporting retail initiatives, thematic campaigns and brand launches through the Sephora social channels, PR, content & influencer activations. The Social & Comms Executive should be up to date with market trends and implement campaigns to improve Sephora's brand awareness and the awareness of key exclusive brands' presence in market, aligned with the wider Marketing Strategy.

9. Maintaining Sephora's internal social & content calendars, ensuring all booked placements, brand launches and internal content is allocated
10. Executing all daily social posts including captioning on Instagram and TikTok and responding to all comments & DMs
11. Creating social assets for the chosen platforms and being proficient in Canva, Capcut and video editing within the platforms
12. Working with the Senior Social and Comms Executive on the Sephora Beauty Advisor Creator Club program, managing briefing and content collection
13. Working with the Snr Social and Comms Executive on PR event execution and delivery
14. Working with our local PR agency to coordinate product send outs and media pitching
15. Delivering weekly & monthly social media reports to the wider Marketing and Ecommerce teams

We would love to hear from you if you have:

16. Tertiary qualification, preferably in business, marketing, communications
17. Minimum 3 years of experience within social & content marketing in the Retail/ E Commerce/Social Media industry, preferably in beauty, fashion or lifestyle
18. Previous experience with Instagram business accounts, Facebook Business Manager and Tik Tok
19. Previous experience with Canva, InDesign, Illustrator and video editing
20. Obsessed with social trends, brands, influencers and all things beauty related
21. Thorough understanding of the social media and influencer landscape
22. Experience in devising and implementing social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, channel growth and sales
23. Strong written and verbal skills
24. Strong strategic thinking skills
