Child Protection Response Health Specialist
Make a meaningful impact in regional communities as a skilled clinician providing trauma-informed care and support to children, young people and their families.
As the Joint Child Protection Response Health Clinician, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive crisis counselling services, providing clinical supervision and support to other health professionals within the team, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for patients and the multidisciplinary team.
* Delivering crisis counseling services to support individuals affected by trauma.
* Providing clinical supervision and guidance to other health professionals within the team.
The successful candidate will have experience in the provision of counseling services and/or working within a healthcare setting. You will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a large team.

Key Selection Criteria
The following selection criteria must be met:
* Hold a relevant qualification and registration or eligibility for registration in accordance with the classification of a Psychologist, or Social Worker.
* High level of professionalism with ability to work independently and as part of a large team.
* Experience in the provision of counseling and/or work within a Health service.
* Expert level written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrated skills, experience and knowledge of the provision of crisis, therapeutic and other clinical responses to victims of sexual assault and physical abuse and neglect of children.
