Job Title: Workday HCM Administrator
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team at a leading organisation in the HR/Payroll systems administration or business analysis field.
About the Role:
* Providing technical support and guidance to HR business partners, key stakeholders, and end users on Workday HCM areas, including Performance Management, Talent, and Advanced Compensation.
* Maintaining master data values and system configuration to ensure accurate and timely processing.
* Troubleshooting and analysing new issues, identify root cause, test and implement solution within agreed service level agreements.
* Collaborating with IT Support to escalate and resolve complex issues.
* Developing and disseminating large volumes of data insights to inform business decisions.
About You:
* Experience using Workday for HR/Payroll systems administration or business analysis.
* Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues; excellent problem-solving skills and outside the box thinking.
* Technical aptitude, with proven experience in reporting, measurement, data analysis, and interpretation.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to build relationships and communicate professionally.
