About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and proactive Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join the team based at Warwick Farm. In this crucial role, you'll drive sales growth and play a key part in our team's success.
Your focus will be on identifying opportunities, showcasing strong attention to detail, and gathering information effectively to boost sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieving set sales targets including managing all F&I sales and transactions
* Driving the performance of all finance & insurance products available to you through our Financial Services, and other Finance Partners
* Maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
* Maintaining relationships with Finance agents and insurers
* Provide the best customer experience possible.
To Succeed in the Role, You Need:
* 1-2 years' experience as a Business Manager in a fast-paced retail automotive environment.
* Strong teamwork skills and a natural sales ability to help customers realize their vehicle ownership and protection dreams.
* Comprehensive understanding of the sales process within a dealership environment.
* Essential experience in a similar business management role, preferably in an automotive, truck, or motorcycle dealership.
