This role will involve working closely with various stakeholders to establish and maintain a robust compliance framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the risk management framework as well as policies and procedures across the organisation.
Key responsibilities will include managing insurance claims, liaising with brokers and insurers, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with delegation limits. Additionally, this role will involve general insurance administration, including certificates of currency and risk documentation.
We are looking for an individual with excellent analytical and organisational skills, who can interpret regulations and provide practical compliance solutions. Strong communication skills are essential for building a compliance-focused culture across all organisational levels.
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Law, Business, Risk Management, or a related discipline, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a risk management, compliance, audit, or consulting role.
