Overview

We are seeking an Insurance & Warranty Resolutions Manager to oversee customer service escalations, warranty issues, and support external client relationships. This role is based in Strathpine and offers a hybrid work model.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage inbound and outbound customer communications regarding warranty and resolution issues.
* Collaborate with legal and functional teams to resolve complex issues.
* Lead vendor relationships and monitor data quality.
* Develop customer service procedures, training materials, and performance metrics.
* Ensure compliance with policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Skills
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Insurance, or related field (highly desirable).
* Proven leadership and coaching skills.
* Proficiency in CRM systems, claims/resolution management systems.
* Advanced skills in Power BI and Excel.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong understanding of contracts, invoicing, and compliance frameworks.
