About the Opportunity
This is more than just a role to support and learn from the industry's best; it’s your launchpad into the property industry. As a Sales Consultant, you’ll gain exposure to different sales suites and play a key part in helping buyers on their journey to homeownership.
You’ll be embedded in a team with experienced Estate Managers, learning how to manage sales pipelines, create buyer solutions, and confidently represent masterplanned communities.
With support and structured development, you’ll build your confidence across:
1. Assisting in the sales process, from enquiry through to settlement.
2. Understanding and using RPM’s systems and reporting tools.
3. Building relationships and partnering with builders to deliver house & land packages.
4. Building local knowledge and contributing to the success of your project team.

About You
You’re an energetic self-starter who’s looking to grow into a long-term property career. You might have experience in sales or customer service in another industry, but you’re ready for a change and keen to learn from the best. To be considered, you’ll need:
1. In process of acquiring or completed Agent’s Representative Certificate or Cert IV in Real-estate.
2. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
3. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
4. Confidence with digital tools (CRM and Office 365 experience preferred).
5. A valid Driver’s Licence and full working rights in Australia.
