Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting daily site operations and contributing to seamless project delivery
* Providing assistance with scheduling, coordination, and site documentation
* Working closely with subcontractors and site teams to monitor progress and quality
* Assisting in the management of safety, compliance, and reporting
* Offering technical support and problem-solving for on-site challenges
* Document control and general office duties
* Learning the full life-cycle of project delivery on a large, complex build
Requirements:
* A recent Construction Management graduate with 1-2 years' experience
* Someone proactive, curious, and eager to learn and grow professionally
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced site environment
* A genuine interest in pursuing a career in site-based project delivery
* Ability to build strong working relationships with project leaders and subcontractors
