Project Manager Opportunity
As a seasoned professional in the real estate industry, you have the chance to excel as a project manager in a dynamic team. You will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:
* Provide project management services focusing on strategy, risk management, governance, design coordination, authority approvals, stakeholder engagement, and procurement processes.
* Support leadership and project management efforts for diverse clients including government, institutional, and private sector entities.
* Contribute to projects across various sectors such as education, health, retirement living, commercial, and social housing.
* Participate in significant capital projects including new constructions, major refurbishments, and infrastructure upgrades.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 year of experience post university qualification in a property-related field such as architecture, building, construction industry.
* A strong interest in project management within a consulting or client-side environment.
* A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a property-related field such as Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management.
* An eagerness to learn and expand project management skills particularly in a collaborative team setting.
* Analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
