Sales Representative / Account Manager - Part Time who has experience either in packaging, hospitality or cleaning consumables. What you'll be doing
* Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
* Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our product range to our distributors
* Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention
* Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and support the achievement of overall sales targets
* Accurately record and maintain customer information in our sales management system
* Provide regular feedback and insights to the sales management team to help drive continuous improvement
What we're looking for
* Proven track record of success in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the hospitality, cleaning supplies or packaging industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of customers and distributors
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle customer objections and close sales
* Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
* Proficient in the use of customer relationship management (CRM) and sales reporting tools
* A positive, proactive and customer-centric attitude
