We are seeking a Venue Manager who is passionate about customer service and looking to further their career in hospitality.
This is a full-time role.

**Experience**:
You must have at least three years' experience in a similar role to be considered for this role.

- **Responsibilities**_
- Day to day running of the venue, aiming for the consistent delivery of outstanding experience for our customers
- Optimise business turnover: meet KPIs, manage budgets, analyse and interpret financial information, sales and profits
- Work collaboratively and proactively with the owners to plan events, advertise and plan for new growth
- Manage performance of all employees, recruitment, induction, training and development to encourage a 'high performance' culture
- Develop and implement an effective marketing strategy to promote the hotel
- Customer service: monitoring feedback and ensure complaints are resolved promptly
- Collaborate with external parties such as suppliers
- Deal with maintenance issues, shortages in staff and equipment
- Inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
