Main Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive plans for R&D, product development, production, and mission delivery.
* Ensure departmental performance meets allocated objectives and strict deadlines.
* Collaborate with leadership, production, and other engineering departments for effective business-wide coordination.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Avionics, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
* 5+ years of experience in professional design engineering.
* NV1 Security Clearance eligible.
* Maintains or is eligible for CPENG and RPEQ certifications.
