About the Opportunity
A rapidly growing SalesTech and edtech startup is looking for an adaptive and entrepreneurial technologist to join its co‑founding team of two. As part of the leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the ongoing development of the SaaS platform.
Responsibilities
This exciting and varied role will involve 70% development, 20% product and 10% project management, and the strategic direction of the product roadmap.
Technical Skills
* Hands‑on with .Net Core, Python, Blazor, Azure DevOps
* Architect highly scalable, high‑traffic systems across mobile and web
* Develop integration with third‑party systems
* Define technical tasks and run sprint retrospectives
* Manage cloud‑based infrastructure
* Prototyping of mobile and web solutions
Team Leadership
Minimum 5 years of experience managing dev teams in an enterprise SaaS environment. Proven record of developing and implementing enterprise SaaS projects.
Soft Skills
* Motivated self‑starter
* Attention to detail
* Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Compensation
It is neither a job nor a contract. A market salary will be paid when we receive the next funding round.
We will consider a side hustle if you prioritize the startup as your primary focus, and work one (1) day to pay bills, rather than the reverse.
