We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Sales Coordinator. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administration and sales support to our sales team.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with a Sales Executive and Group Sales Manager on your assigned client patch. You will contribute to short-term revenue goals for your designated media agency and client patch by supporting the Sales Executive and Group Sales Manager with achieving sales targets through proactive sales initiatives, effective yield management, and meticulous inventory processes.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing admin support, managing data entry, and creating insightful reports for clients and stakeholders using Excel and industry systems;
* Ensuring quick processing of proposals, bookings, and inquiries to keep the sales process smooth;
* Mastery of the TV Network Sales system to optimize campaign delivery;
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindset are essential for thriving in our team environment.
Requirements include:
* Previous people/client-facing experience (e.g., sales, marketing, retail or hospitality);
* Degree qualified in business, marketing, advertising (preferred but not essential);
* Strong computer literacy skills;
