Sync Technologies is a fast-growing Australian InsurTech scale-up transforming how property insurance claims are inspected, assessed, and understood. We help insurers, builders, and adjusters unlock better outcomes through visual-first workflows, digital twins, and remote inspection technology.
We're past initial product–market fit, working with meaningful customers, and now focused on scaling ARR through deeper customer adoption, expansion, and long-term value realisation.
The Role
The Role owns the commercial health, retention, and expansion of assigned accounts. You will be accountable for revenue outcomes, not just customer happiness.
You'll operate across account management, customer success, onboarding, training, and commercial expansion, acting as the owner of Net Revenue Retention (NRR) while partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Operations.

What You'll Own (Accountability)
You will be directly accountable for:
* Expansion ARR, including
* New use cases
* Increased volumes
* New regions / locations
* Broader internal adoption
* Renewals and long-term account continuity
* Commercial health of each account
* Implementation delivery, initially acting as Customer Success during onboarding and rollout
This role carries commercial pressure and upside—success is measured by revenue growth, not just satisfaction scores.
What You'll Be Doing
* Own and grow a portfolio of strategic insurance and restoration customers
* Lead onboarding, implementation, training, and early-stage adoption
* Act as the primary commercial and operational point of contact
* Identify and execute expansion opportunities within existing accounts
* Drive renewal conversations and value realisation discussions
* Translate customer feedback into product, workflow, and GTM insights
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Operations to unblock growth
* Represent SyncTech in customer meetings, site visits, and industry engagements
* Travel to customer sites when required and spend time collaborating in our Neutral Bay (Sydney) office

Ideally, you'll bring
* Knowledge of the Australian Property Insurance industry
* Experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success
* Experience or working understanding of insurance Assessing, Adjusting, Estimating, or similar
* A growth mindset and willingness to self-develop
* Ability to travel occasionally and spend time in North Sydney
