Project Estimator Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in estimating project costs and preparing tender submissions. They will be responsible for defining project scope, organizing subcontractors and suppliers, and conducting material assessments.
* Excellent communication and commercial acumen skills required to provide updates to management and participate in tender reviews.
* Tertiary qualification in Engineering, QS or similar preferred but not essential.
The ideal candidate will have strong prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills. They should also be able to accurately estimate labor hours, mobilization expenses, and equipment needed for project execution. Experience using Expert Estimator is highly desired.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide updates to the Management team regarding tender preparation and submissions
* Define project scope with precision
* Aid in construction scheduling as needed
